Heading to Kagoshima - A Journey of Surprises

On the way to Kagoshima, we made a brief stop at Nita-toge Pass Lookout Deck. Unfortunately, a fog covered the view, but we still appreciated the moment.

We then moved on to take a ferry.

During the cruise, we were surrounded by many seagulls, making it a fun and memorable experience.

Upon arriving on the other side of the land, we headed directly to our hotel. It had been a long journey today.

We stayed in a normal hotel tonight, Sheraton Kagoshima, rather than a KAI. There is no KAI in the city, but it was a fresh experience after three nights at KAI hotels.

We liked the spacious and luminous room, where we could see a beautiful sunset from the window sinking on the horizon of urban city buildings.

Then, we had an aperitif under the roofed terrace. It was a relaxing moment.

Although there were many dining options in Kagoshima city, we decided to have dinner at the hotel. It was delicious, featuring grilled vegetables and Wagyu steak.

It was another excellent day.
