Having completed our incredible journey through Kyushu, we felt a mix of nostalgia and excitement. The past two weeks had been filled with awe-inspiring landscapes, rich cultural experiences, and unforgettable moments. From the volcanic wonders of Unzen and Sakurajima to the tranquil beauty of Yakushima and Takachiho Gorge, Kyushu had shown us its diverse and enchanting facets.
Wearing a kimono on my final day, guided by the expertise of Uchimura-sensei, was a fitting end to this adventure. It was a beautiful reminder of the deep cultural roots and traditions that thrive in this region.
While our time in Kyushu has come to an end, the memories will stay with us forever. This journey has not only enriched our understanding of Japan but also ignited a passion for exploring new destinations.
As we look forward to future adventures, we carry with us the lessons and experiences from Kyushu. Every journey is a new chapter waiting to be written, and we are eager to see where the next one will take us.
